Sun Pointe Lake Apartments - Avoid at all costs!

There was always a party or a fight at Sun Pointe Lake Apartment. I guess it's because they rent to mostly college students and pack 3 or more into a one bedroom apartment, lots of roaches to. Throughout the night you could hear fights, music, or something going on outside. No sense of security, bikes stolen and cars broken into. Living on the first floor made it ten times worse. Maintenance would occasionally respond to calls; other times things left unfixed (screens, garbage disposal, etc.) A fix for a gap in the bathroom door was some sort of window insulation.. Very unhelpful management. I was harrassed so much by the management that i'm glad they let me get out of my lease.
