    Who do you know with a block of condos that needs to move them? A great marketing tool for Realtors. My floating condo (50 foot catamaran with sky lounge) is going to be at the St. Petersburg, Boat Show Dec 1-3rd, 2011 and I have fractions to incentivize condo buyers in the Downtown Tampa market. Just 12 fractions and the $1M yacht is a great marketing tool. You entertain buyers the 1st or 2nd Tuesday night each month. Everyone benefits! It is very comfortable for people with disabilities.
