Here's a list of do-follow sites, pretty lengthy, but useful for SEO.

A few examples off of that list:
Folkd rental & real estate investment links
Furl real estate lease & investing links
Mister Wong landlord forms & rental application links
Good luck building backlinks, it's somewhat of a jungle, hopefully this helped.

Thanks for sharing that. I have seen this a while ago, but it just totally crossed my mind. If you plan on taking advantage of all these do-follow links, just make sure that you place whatever content you want links to in the appropriate categories. It's not wise to just try and use all these services for the same content or else it may raise a red flag. Just a head's up...
