Default Most Important Factor For Ranking With Search Engines

I have been doing a lot of research into this matter and I would like to know what others have had success with. I've been reading a lot about inbound links and I curious if anyone could suggest where to start as far as inbound links that work?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    thanks much,

    Johnathan

I am not sure what you are asking here exactlly but I would say useful links will have the appropriate anchor text attributed to them. In addition to this it is import to have links with anchor text comming from authority sites on your niche. Best way to get these is to find Authority sites that will allow you to have links for drawing up useful content for them to use on their sites. Although this is not easy because people are overly concerned today about linking to bad neighborhoods. I believe as long as you are not linking to porn or casino type sites very few other sites will give you problems. Spammy sites can also hurt you but most of these sites are obvious spammers you can tell just by doing a quick look into the nature of their backlinks and a quick review of their content.

    Default seo divided...

SEO is largely divided into two main parts, the "on page" elements, and the "off page" elements.

The on page stuff have to do with how you structure your website and maintain your content (this includes inner-linking, organizing your categories, using appropriate keywords, setting your meta and title tags, etc.) You have control of your on page elements.

Off page stuff have to do with how others perceive your website and how you get "votes" (inbound links) from other sites. The more you have the merrier. What affects how effective these links are depend on the anchor text (like james said) used, the authority of these sites, and also what pages on your site they link to.

I would suggest doing what you are doing. Start going to the real estate forums and read the content, then start asking your questions. There is so much to focus on other than just inbound links. Start with your content and start spreading those links around.

As the others have suggested here, both on-page and off-page optimization is important.

You'll want to include the keyword for your site within the Title tags, and also within a heading tag. You'll also want to make sure the anchor text from external sites also contains this keyword. Of course make sure to vary the keyword as well.

Unfortunately, there are a variety of factors that pertain to acquiring a good Google ranking, but probably the most important one (like many have already stated) is acquiring inbound links, preferably one-way. One of the best ways to do this is to consistently write good content for your site. After all, you need to give people an incentive to link back to you... If you want to get some one-way links back to your site quickly, I suggest you write some articles and submit them to various article directories. This helps you in 2 ways: first, by putting them on article directories, web masters from all over will pull them and put them on their website and second, it allows you to control the anchor text on your links. Again, there are numerous factors to consider, but I would really recommend starting there.

I second this opinion. Inbound links are the single more important ranking factor for real estate sites.
