Google Search Question

Hi,

I have Small question if anyone can help me understand this .

If you search for austin wine bar ( just a Random Keyword ) the first thing that comes up is a Google Map List of sites and their Address ( URL) . If you click on them it directly takes you to the site

Now if you search for "hill house philadelphia" ( without the Quotes) If again comes up with a Map However the URl next to the Map has no Address listed and if you click on it would take you to the maps.google.com and would search the term Hill house

Can someone please help me understand the difference .. why is the link not Coming for Hill House , I want to have a Link Next to the Hill House Site Just as the other sites had.

for address to appear, you need to upload an xml file with address information to googles database.

it is called google local listing. for this you need to provide all the information and it will disply in local results for a month only.
In second keyword term there is only one listing and the linking to google maps but not to the site directly. since it is submitted in google map but not in google local search.
