Link Exchanges
Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm looking for some high-pr sites to exchange links with two sites I market. Both are VERY highly visible for Costa Rica Real Estate.

I hate to be that guy, but I think you are going to have quite a bit of troubles trying to find high PR sites that will be willing to do link trading with your site. The reason being is your site has no PR. Every time a site adds a link from their site to yours, they pass their PR ranking to you and vice-versa. That being said, people who have spent a lot of time acquiring their PR rank are going to be in a lose-win situation: they will pass their high PR rank to you while you will pass no PR rank to them.
If you want high PR ranking links right off the bat, you are probably going to have to pay for them. But whether or not you know, Google is frowning on this now by bashing high PR sites who are selling links.

you're wasting your time
Link exchanges are a waste of time. They are the oldest SEO trick in the book, even older than the term SEO. Take my advice and don't waste your time trying to do this.

TIP - Be wary of Link Exchanges
Just wanted to throw my 2cents in on this topic... don't do reciprocal linking.
It's value has diminished in Google and it may not help but hurt your site! If you're looking to build quality links you should consider text-link advertisements and other possible relationships.
Avoid Reciprocal Linking!
