Just google top 10 real estate forums and you will get an answer, but bear in mind it can only be someone else’s opinion, there is no official ranking system!
You might be better just doing a search for real estate forums and then visiting those you want to and making your own mind up.

Remember that Google currently does not take web traffic into account when doing the rankings. So you will need to look at the forums to see if they are any good. Look at things like the number of recent posts, how many replies are there to the posts, and how much spam is on the site.

I can't remember the best 10( why do you need exactly 10 best forums?), but I can tell that there are many real estate portals where you can find lots of nice and useful informatio such portal as trulia.com
