    The recent update screwed up my rankings. It seems to add a lot of value to the link farm type link affiliates.

    Anyone else experiencing similar stuff in the real estate industry?

    recent update (content freshness algorithm) focus more on freshness and uniqueness of content. I suggest you to update some new content on your page and also keep in mind now link quality matter much more than link quantity

    Yes Sandra i totally Agree with you Latest Update of Google is totally based on Content, if Content is Fresh and Unique then there will be no effect in Google Ranking, but if your Content is Duplicate then it will affect a lot.
    As now Google fully concentrate on Quality of Content.
