I have a flooring website that is around 3 months old. it has just got a PR of 4 and is moving up the serps nicely. I have been submitting articles and getting relevant links.

I am also going to offer rugs, but don't know the best way around this for seo purpose's.

I have a few options:

I can add them to my exsisting site and get new links pointing to the rugs page

Or can build a new site just for the rugs.

Either way rugs will be on my original site because in the rugs link in the menu will go directly to the rug site. Which will be very similar layout to the flooring site.

Any input please
