I have a wordpress site, and when I make posts I put them in several different categories.

Now I realize the new google panda update they are penalizing sites that have duplicate content,

In your opinion, is duplicate content from the same domain ok and they are just focusing on DIFFERENT domains with duplicate content or is my setup going to bring a penalty as well?
