One thing that I see new SEO make mistake on nowadays is that they over do SEO to the point that they forget that they create the website for the USERS (people who actually will pay for their products and services) and optimize it for the SE (search engines who will rank their sites). nowadays they only do it for the rankings - and still they expect conversions? That is why when you guys visit forums, they would always ask "my keyword for my site ranks well but why no sales?".
