Social bookmarking improve SEO?
I sow that some bookmarking tool say that, social bookmarking improve web sites and blogs SEO. Is it true?
According to my knowledge if i post links (articles) on Facebook and Twitter they are not improve my blog SEO. So which one is correct?

Social bookmarking is typically good for link-building. Sites like StumbleUpon can bring alot of traffic to your site if you specify which niche your website is in, because it will then manifest itself as people click the "stumble" button and your website is in rotation.
