Link building with very high PR sites to increase the PR of your site, for traffic increament join some social sites like Facebook, Twitter.

For one, the sites on your signature have absolute nothing to do with real estate. So if your objective is link building, then perhaps you should focus your efforts on quality sites that are relevant to your site (i.e. links from a real estate forum will not be weighted as heavily if your own site is about breast augmentation, which one of the sites on your signature is). And second, four months is a very short time in the world of SEO (unless you already have formidable SEO resources and tools, which I'm assuming you do not since you are asking this question).

I think the link building is some thing very important to get high PR.In this way in very good sites you have to define the links and then it will be great tool to PR and availability,Good use of SEO as valid keywords,content is also very important.

Try all the possible ways to promote a site and not only link building, but social media and press releases and onpage optimization as everyhting will help.

Ok, em not sure what kind of SEO you have been through… but your niche didn’t sounds to be as competitive as Real Estate is… I think you better find related blogs about your website and write guest post and answer to public problems on QnA sites..


One thing which is more important that your website content should be ethical and optimized according to public and search engine needs…and by this you will see the positive change in SERP rankings and traffic.


Also, make sure if your website is not under any Black Hat tactic…

There are several way to improve traffic and google page rank such as Forum posting, Article submission, Social bookmarking, Link wheel, Directory submission, Press release and Blogging.

First off ignore Page Rank. Page Rank =/= Search Rankings

Secondly, make sure that your site has all the proper on page optimization. If you don't have much content on the site think about adding some. Compare it to the top sites for the same keywords. If Google is ranking sites with a lot of content, than you will likely need more content.

Thirdly, you need to keep building backlinks. Submit articles to directories, social bookmarks, blog comments, forum signatures, etc. Make sure you use your keywords in the link and try to vary it some so that it's not the same link over and over again.

It takes time to rank a site depending on competition.

Try using long tail key words such as ocean view homes for sale in Del Mar versus Del Mar homes for sale.
