Google Ranking
The main thing I've found to boost Google Ranking is to have links to your site from other sites that have the same content type. For instance, if you want to be seen more when people search for real estate in a certain area then you need to be linked from websites that deal with that certain area. Like your local chamber of commerce, local website directories, etc. It also helps to have links to them on your page. That shows what they have on their site is important to your site.
Hope this helps.

Thx for taking time to reply. Surely it will help, even though being on the island of Mauritius, it changes the context compared to being in the USA.
Thx again for the effort.

That is a good looking website. However you should submit it to as many directories and search engines as possible. Most importantly, you should submit it to real estate related sites to generate a better pagerank. The more pages out there are linking to your site, the better position in google.com you will achieve. Also, you might want to try to submit some of your most important properties to fusedworld.com and place a link back to your page.

Joomla
I really suggest using the content manager called Joomla. It allows you to worry just about the content and not have to worry about the programming side of things.

i just started to learn to rank my site
The instructions about the title and header.YES!!
don't know about html use dreamweaver 8 go to snapfiles there you can demo an editor if you need one for 30 days free. I have read that having your domain name reflect your business catagory will put you in a better position the lets say batman.com helping with supermans work. Whereas batman.com has batman accessories. Got it?
Text and format is all the engines see not that cool sunset or shiney mansion. Look at your competetors website after you open the page click on view then source and see how they typed their page to rank on that engine. Do a few searches for html editor. or adweb8 is a great free resource at the same snapfiles.com
