unleass you are sending out mass article or press release I dont think duplicate content is a good thinkg. If you have multiple blogs, try and gear each blog toward a specific subject with new content updated at least on a weekly basis.

It is just a matter of time until that realtors website(s) get labeled as spam (if they aren't all ready). Duplicate data is the #1 thing people tell you to watch out for after they mention content is king. So you know it's important. If you must use duplicate content you can use the canonical link element.
Why not just spin the content and throw in some synonyms? the more content the better.

I don't think that duplicate content is bad, it's just not good. The first site with the content will get indexed, the other pages will get sent to the junk index in Google. So you are really just wasting your time.

It's bad. And will never do good. Make your content unique so google will crawl it. because if you didn't Google will just consider it as spam and it will not crawl it. Make your website search engine friendly.

DON'T DO IT! Unless you think Google is the devil and you don't want to be listed in the SERPs anymore.

I don't see anyone saying that duplicate content is a good thing for your site. Only unique and quality can be helpful in getting good position in search engines

Duplicate content is not advisable on getting good results in ranking your websites nor on getting more backlinks. It is good to have a unique and valuable content which is relevant to your site.
