Google's thought on article submission
Who says you get penalized by google when you submit the same articles to numerous article sites for duplicate content? - that's incorrect.
Google does not penalize you when you submit the same articles to different article sites like Ezinearticles, goarticles or articledashboard. What Google will do however is it will take the best article you have submitted and index it, the rest of the duplicates will be ignored.Check out our large collection of real estate business cards / business card

actually you can submit your article in multiple article site.. as the previous comment say, google pick up the most powerful post and the other that is duplicate was taken off as for search result.. however still you can submit it and enjoy the benefits and good effects that your site can have.

That is helpful to know. How much variation do you think is required in the article for google to think its different?

exactly, google does not penalize for multiple submissions on identical articles. if this were the case, pr type submission sites would be out of business

Google does not "pick the best one", instead the go with the first article to be cached or indexed. This is done so the original creator is usually first and will get credit for it. Of course all articles will still be indexed but as far as showing up in search engines usually on the first indexed will show up and the rest will not count towards SEO either. You are best to submit 5 or so articles each to ezine, go articles, etc per 6 months but best of all find a real-estate niche article directory to submit articles to because those will end up giving you the most targeted traffic and link juice.

The thing is Google looking for is "Unique Content" google has no consult what quantity of article you have submitted but the quality matter for Google.

Well, all I know is I see what I see. How can you tell all of that? I'm not trying to be an ***, I just have learned early on that everyone has an opinion about SEO and is more than willing to tell you how they understand it to be, usually with no proof.
I know what I see, 5 of the same articles indexed. Now how can you tell that my EZinearticle is the only one carrying any clout with google? Do you have special insight into google's algorithm?

I've also heard that you can be penalized for putting a lot of duplicate content on your site. But you have a good point, if your article shows up 5 times in the index that would mean that those sites with duplicate content don't seem to be penalized?
