Keyword searches
What would be some good keep word searches for real estate in general? I am looking to help promote our real estate school web site and can use some help with the key word searches.

rearizona Given most of all keyword just find out competition and search volume in google adword keyword suggestion tool and determine useful keyword for your website.

Narrow it down
Well off of this thread alone you have hit some killer word ideas, you probably should research the words to find which one gets the most daily searches.

well the list of keywords listed above are not for SEO.
you have to specify why you need the keywords:
for SEO: low competitive keywords, high traffic, easy to optimize for
For SEM: low priced keywords, high traffic, having a good quality score and landing pages.
