    PPC for bringing in the traffic, but for conversion, not so much. SEO has been working pretty well for me in terms of conversion.

    PPC is not temporary. Maybe it is different since you're likely marketing real estate, but I have affiliate campaigns that have been running for over a year now.

    SEO gives you a great foundation though. So I'd recommend doing both!
