Trouble is a lot of people start with adsense and they don't know how to scale up in terms of getting larger clicks amounts other than like 7 cents each time. One thing you will want to do is target high paying keywords. Some of them can generate you around $5 if you know what your doing. Just think about that $5 for every click you get. To figure out what keywords you should target, use the Google Keyword Tool. Search a keyword, and then select "AVG CPC". From there you will be given all the amounts that people are paying for certain keywords. Try your best to target those keywords. Generally right away you will not get a good portion of the pie, but with work you'll be able to scale up.

Google Adsense is a free Programs. It is provide best way for promoting your keywords in Google search engine. Adsense is a product of Google and Google is a legitimate and very well known company. It is not a fly-by-night operation.
