Default Why is Home Hunter's thread deleted?

Because too much negative in the message? I think he is telling the truth.

Default What do you think building own house?

I am seriously thinking about purchasing a piece of land and build a home intead of waiting for the price to drop in next 8-15 months.

The land is expensive too, but at least not as inflated as the houses I am looking for at this moment.

Default Augusta GA Housing Market Thread

This morning the NAR released some very interesting news concerning the housing market. Biggest price and sales declines since 1982!

    See CNN money.com

I hope the Administrator is able to restore the thread soon.

The Forum Chief is still working the issue with the old thread.
