Survey for Georgia agents Re: GAR forms
In light of GAR's decision to charge non-member licensees an annual fee of $199 to use GAR forms, I'm curious what most Georgia agents / brokers will do.
Closing attorneys Morris Hardwick and Schneider have announced that they will develop alternate forms and distribute them for free via FMLS and GAMLS.
So, which forms will you use in 2012? Please reply with one of the following:
A: I'm a REALTOR, so I'll use GAR Forms
B: I'm not a REALTOR, but I'll pay the $199 to use GAR forms
C: I'll use the MH&S forms instead

Surprised there's not more interest on the subject. Non-REALTORS have until Jan 24 to decide what to do, after which GAR forms won't be available to them on GAMLS or FMLS.
