Default What blog platform do you use?

Hi everyone, Kyle here. I want to start a real estate blog on my own website. Which platforms are you using for this? I give myself a B- when it comes to tech skills but am a quick learner (currently working on HTML ). Any advice for a new blogger would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Default Real Estate Blog

Apparently this site just launched a blogging platform for promoting your real estate site, I haven't tried it yet but it looks promising. Alternatively you could try active rain or wordpress.

Wordpress is pretty much the standard out there right now. It is open source, has tons of plug-ins available and is quite easy to use.

I find wordpress to be the best platform today, easy to update and install themes/plugins. Its also leading in terms of search engine optimization.

Agreed. Wordpress, self-hosted, preferably on your own server in your own facility does the trick for me...

Definitely wordpress simply down to the easy user platform and plug ins that it has.

Not a great fan of blogspot, I used to use it but switched to wordpress recently.

Echoing everyone elses' sentiments on the subject:
Wordpress, hosted on your own site is definitely the way to go in my opinion.
