Try to look for posters from digitalpoint.com of sitepoint.com. There are lots of interested posters there whatever topic you need..

I have two real estate blog sites. Each with a mortgage education section and one of them with a finance section. I would not charge you to post however I would expect a plug. Let me know what you think.

Careful with guest bloggers, a lot of times they just want a backlink to their own site and make sure they are legit.
