    Default Fractional Ownership Blog

    Here is a good blog for fractional ownership related topics.

    It has a list of questions to ask when looking for a fractional home.

    1. Is this deeded property?
    2. What size fraction are you offering?
    3. What type of usage plan do you fractional offer?
    4. Is it possible to have concurrent weeks?
    5. Are you affiliated with an external Exchange Company?
    6. Can I rent out some or all of my weeks?
    7. Is the construction completed yet?
    8. What percent of the total units have been sold to date?
    9. How many price increases have you had?
    10. Exactly what does ownership include?
    11. What other amenities are included?
    12. May I see a printed list of the fees?
    13. If I purchase, will you reimburse me for this visit?

    For those who are interested in buying or selling fractional ownership homes or properties, this site has a lot of good info.

    I have tried to target fractional international buyers. Maybe because of the hard economic times for abroad its not working.

    Any suggestions?
