I personally feel that not only content writing is important while advertising your business online but overall presentation of your site are very important, Your site or Blog represents your view and your Product what you are selling..
So Yes it is important but you can't care less about the other things

Content writing for websites is not as simple as typing out a predetermined amount of words, if you wish people to view the content. It needs skill to write a good content. Picking the topic of the page is the very important. All the same picking the keywords is very important once you have the topic.

I think if you just serve relevant and niche-specific topics keywords will automatically appear in the write-ups. Instead of putting excessive focus on keywords, I prefer focusing on topics and quality of content. You may start ranking for long tail keywords automatically...you never know.

Real estate blogs have difficulty on producing contents every now and then because the topics available is not that many. Twice or thrice a week updates is really awesome already.

Content writing may be called a art in which the writer have to focus on a single keywords and thread all views on that particular keyword without keywords stuffing.
No doubt to write an essay is easy, but make it attractive and meaningful is hard.....

I agree, it's easy to write an article but the thing is how can you make it meaningful and catchy to your target readers. Content writing is not just to write what is your topic, it's the way on how you can blend and replace the role of the keyword. You must know also how you can derive your write ups in the interest of every readers.
