Default New to the Flat Fee game

Hello, I just joined the forum.I'm a small independent broker in the
metro Louisville area. I'm curious to know how are doing with the Flat
Fee business. I just recently started this concept in the last 6 months
and I'm not having much success. I've been sending out a lot of letters
and emails to FISBO's. I'm also doing rebates for buyers and been
doing direct mail advertising with little success. Any advice would be
    appreciated.

if you are starting a stand alone brokerage then it is harder
because the public doesn't know the name. If you bought a
franchise then it's a little easier, but still not easy.

I had an agent that used to work for us that bought a flat
fee franchise. It took him about a year to really get things
    rolling.

    Good luck!

Thanks for the info. I'm picking up a few listings since the weather has broke, nothing beats a yard sign for exposure.

I'm trying to avoid the franchise route and all the costs associated with it if I can...........
