Who Can Get A Blog? RE Agent Only or Anyone?

I just saw that it's possible to get a blog once you have had over 15 posts to this forum. Is that for anyone who is on this forum or do you have to be a real estate agent?

As far as I know you could be anyone -- just have this 15 posts.

There is also a set amount for how much you write in each message to make your signature show up as well.

What do you mean by this? Do you mean that for a sig to show, the message where it would show has to be x number of words or characters? I know that I went over 15 posts and now my sig is showing up in some posts, but not all. I remember reading that it will only show one time per page if you have multiple posts in a thread or on one page, but I see some pages that have no sig at all (e.g., like this one). I assume this is what you mean, that the post was not long enough to generate a sig?

edit - after I edited, my sig showed. Guess I answered my own question.

A short message on a new thread may not show it.

Why is it there sometimes and gone other times? My post directly above yours had it showing, then when I got an email from your reply and come back, my sig was gone?
