Well sure you can post on fastrealestate with signatures and urls from the first post. The 15 post rule is what holds this forum back I think.

Really???
Actually, the rules of this forum is what makes it great. It causes the members to actually participate in the forums vs. simply using it as free advertising. I'm sure if you tried to participate, you'd learn that you can get much more out of any forum. Plus, you may never know how much you might help someone else with your knowledge and experience.

I guess when you own the forum you can make your own rules..
Did you notice my post count went backwards as you go through this thread - I guess you would call that paranoid. I did not jump on here on day one and rack up my 15 posts, I come in when I have time and it's taken me while. I don't think I have spammed at all. So go ahead and delete my posts and theads -

I'm new and I want to know what happens once you have 15 posts? And where are the rules cause I want to read them.

First 15 Posts
I think this looks like a solid forum, however, I must agree reagarding the 15 post rule...the same people who are intending to spam immediately will probably blast thru 15 responses and then start spamming. I'm new to it all though, maybe I'm wrong. Or, maybe there is another reason for the 15 posts.
