I am offering my blog up as a place to boast about your great services and skills. I have a customer base at my website and I am looking to offer them lots of realty options.

Trademarked domains :

I was going to use the name realtorXL.com to market my services.
I got a prompt C&D letter from the board telling me that I can't use Realtor as it's a trademarked name.

Thus: agentXL.com was borne

I'd suspect that this guy has the same issue. I notice the page is a parked page that says it's for sale. I wouldn't buy it, they're pretty on top of the whole "protecting their trademark" aspect.
