Almost every country has citizens dreaming of stepping to the US. Miami beach is an awesome place to live alright but you know, with all of the natural disasters happening all around, it kinda is one of the scary places to be at too. I mean you never know when a storm will hit or when a tsunami will rise up. Maybe a place in beverly hills can be a good place for the perfect real estate too - except for, yes, it'll definitely be mostly expensive.

Well, yes Miami is one of the best option in real estate business or on buying property, another is Caribbean. But we must think of the place, if it is crowded or not, if it is the people's choice, is the neighborhood fine enough.. Stuffs like that..

If you're interested in Asian Real Estate, the the Philippines in one of the best to give. The country is best known for its remarkable nature and hospitable people.

Hmm, well the US still quite good for RE. In Europe, it's quite better as well, but I guess they have a bit of higher taxes? Not so sure but that is what I heard only.

For investment, all countries are good but you have to take care before investing properties. Check all factors before investing.

    Default Bangkok Thailand anyone ?

Well i wrote a long post but put a link in and it was erased. I should read the rules. At any rate what I was saying I bought a condo in Bangkok thinking not as investment but as an escape a few years back. This was in case the world went crazy and the economy crashed etc. Well it did. So with the falling dollar and the rising Thai Baht my non investment actually turned into one.

Moral if the story--You never know.
