Best way to market is to use banner & publishing materials in terms of property business.

The better way is to choose local classifieds and posting the effective deals appropriate to the market and area so that later it will be much easier representing our services and products later using social networking resources for promoting it.

Participate in Chamber events, associations, networking groups or else become a speaker of such public events. Other is to maximize the capacity of the internet.

Whatever you do make sure to have excellent clear pictures. In real estate listings pictures often don't reflect well on an otherwise very nice home. In fact, it is possible for a lessor quality home to receive more attention than a nicer home simply as a result of the response to the pictures. Of course, it's hard to quantify this, but, you could test it by running 2 ads of the same property. One ad with wonderful pictures and the other ad with terrible pictures. You will probably notice the better picture ad has higher pull thru rate.

Next is your Title - Headline... Pictures and Headline!!! Wonderful pictures with lousy headline will cause the ad to not be clicked on because they did not get past the headline. Attract them with great headline and than offer outstanding pictures.

Given the fact that we are all bombarded with overblown, hyped up messages in various media about how great our project is, etc.. I am a firm believer that our clients are our best advertisement and our most effective salesperson. Some personal rules I follow:
1. Be truthful
2. Do not exaggerate
3. Follow up
4. Listen to your clients and pay attention
5. Do not be too busy waiting to speak, to listen
6. Ask for their help in additional sales (You don't ask, you don't get)
7. Never ever put down your competition, sell your own advantages
8. Work smart, don't waste your energy so much, target your efforts

Some of the ways has been mentioned in here by some of my friends for marketing. There are lot other ways for marketing it completely depends on what is the target.

As of now, I think Internet Marketing has done a big role in the world or marketing. Whose with me?
