How effective is this blogging network for bloggers?

I found this website really interesting... I have joined it too... perhaps, I wanted to know if anyone at DPF is already a members here? If there is anyone who knows this website better and is an active member here... could you then please let me know if this is a good place to invest time and do they have genuine blog owner database with them?

Blogging network is very necessary and required for the blogger to get associated with different ideas and articles that are required.

This is the most important network to get the ideas that are necessary at time of implementing when the market is down.
