    Default Blog License?

My friend is planning to go into real estate blogging as a part time job. However she has heard that there is now a now a need for bloggers to get a license or have to pay a fee or taxes for each blog. My question is which states requires bloggers to pay taxes for their blogs?
She asked me herself and I have not even heard of this.

I don't think that it is already required. I think it is just in the process of getting approved or not. The state where this is happening is in Philadelphia - if it would happen in this state, chances of it happening in other places is not impossible.

There are Blogs who requires payment but I believe there are also free. As of countries who require taxes,I don't think it exist at all.

First time to hear about the license, fees and taxes with blogging, all I know is you must have a RE license if you want to be an agent... Anyway looking forward for more responses to this topic. hope people with experience paying fees will share all they know... Interesting topic.

You actually do not need any license when you want to blog about RE's. Blogging is free, and sometimes, they pay you to use your blog for their advertisements or marketing strategies. Adsense is one of the ways of earning money from blogging. Other ways included third party revenue making bodies like for example, you are interested into blogging about RE,other RE websites might see your blog if it has good impresisons and ranking and authority in the Internet when it comes to RE blogging, then they might pay you for blogging more with them having a link or advertisements on your blog towards their websites. License only comes when you have your own business already, say for example you are printing shirt decorations, that business is the one that need to be taxed and licensed. Blogging is only one of your ways to market your products.

Blogging is free and you can post anything there. Not required license for that. But make sure post your own writeup there, do not copy others. There is copy right law for it. Unique content will give good boost to your blog and network.
