Real estate investing is worth when there is mush influence of social media as, we do not miss the key goals of social networking efforts that is to generate relationships with the consumers that generate interest in real estate services offer.

Social fusion is very necessary that is combining your efforts on youtube, twitter, facebook, creating business pages on facebook that are relevant to the listings and clients and community, also each page you create should include images and graphics showing your web site.

All these things are really very important in getting better prospects that are very much needed.

Yea, social media plays a very important role in enhancing one's blogs. I am using Facebook, Digg, YAhoo Buzz, myspace. And the result is according to my presuppositions.

I agree to some extent that social media is necessary to promote the real estate, but you should also consider some other factors such as risk of losing the property or even the risk not to get any profit at all.

Social media.. no doubt is best to create networking... & real estate is something where networking helps a lot to remain updated & make good contacts....
