    Hi,

Whatever doubts you have about agents its generally expected. Most important thing is first you try to get some information about that agent and you should be able to read the other person mind or face. Don't trust nay one in first meeting because many people know the manipulation skill.

Every agent is not cheater or fraud but we should be alert at our end.

It's not easy to give your trust to a person in first meeting, ask them what company they work for?,he/she have an I.D?,and if he/she have ask the company if this person is their agent and the last is it depends to you if you believed to them, but you know a real estate agent can help you in selling your unit.

There are ways to lessen your doubt about real state agents, you can have their license, I.D, company name, or contacts. You are even free to do background check if you want. Real state agents do important roles on having properties sold and gives good advices to share from them. It is not bad to doubt at first but give it a try.

It is not good to trust the person with your open eyes; first you have to read their minds and got to get more details on them about their activities and the professional ethic which he follow..

Of course you should be wary of anyone who is trying to sell you something and will benefit personally by the sale. Get to know anybody (real estate agent or not) who you are intending to do business with. You have to look out for yourself. Most of the agents that I know are decent and honourable people trying to make a living. I have never tried to persuade anybody to do anything that would not be in their own best interest, and I think the vast majority of licensed Realtors operate the same way.
