what keywords are you targeting? i think you are targeting too much competitive keywords. that's one of the reasons why your blogs are not listed on google's SERP. your blogs have great content. you just need to build more quality backlinks.

Yeah, SEO can be real tricky. I'm not quite sure how much clout the search engines give to the blogging sites like wordpress?

Does anybody else have experience with that? Would be interesting to know...

    Thumbs up Real estate blogs

As a SEO professional and experience I can say to let google crawl blog's post one just need to post original content at least 3 in week and give target keywords in title, submit blogs In blog directories and social bookmarking sites like digg.com, stumbleupon.com and mixx so on.

above all will certainly help u in getting the search engine traffic from search engines as well as social sites.

    Regards

You can do blog submissions. Try submit your blog to blog directories. Also look for best possible keywords for your blog. You can ping your blog a well. There are lots of URL pinging sites out there.
Build more links to your site.

I guess your website is not visible on SERP's because of many factors like your competitors are building more quality links using that keyword or you have no time building links for your website. Just build links.
