100 Blog Posting Ideas! Never have writers block again!
Blogging is a great tool to market yourself on the internet. Not only will it help build content on your website (which will get you ranked higher on search engines), it can also help you build positive relationships with people in your community.
It is important to keep your blogs relevant to the industry, and the community you are servicing. As a fellow blog writer and real estate enthusiast, I often find myself developing writers block every now and again.
Below is a list of 100 blog posting ideas for you to use (in no particular order):
- Talk/tell a story about your neighbourhood
- Housing styles in your area
- Write about a public meeting you went to
- Location of churches in your area
- Local news stories
- Local public policies
- Compare cost of living to other communities
- Day care services in the community
- Environmental issues
- Restaurant guide

If you're having trouble coming up with ideas on what to write about, just LISTEN to your clients. They ask questions everyday about the market, procedures, loans, etc. You should never be out of ideas. Just remember it never has to be "the perfect post". It can be a so-so topic that might not bring in everyone, but at least it's informative and well-written.

Thanks, there is some good info there. I agree to listen to clients. The state of the housing market in your area, tax credits, are some good things to write about.

Blog ideas
Someone earlier posted that you can blog about your client's questions. That's so true. They'll think of questions for you to answer that you'd probably never think of otherwise and chances are, other buyers will be searching the internet looking for the same information.
