    Default Its all about contacts

The primary reason that realtors who have been in the business longer are making more money, is simply they have a amassed a long list of clients over the years. If you were not in real estate business during the blazing 90's thru 2005, you missed the greatest opportunity to establish a clientele. We are seeing very few walk-ins in our Warwick NY real estateoffice. It is the senior realtors who are surviving and they are doing it by the virtue of the extensive client database.
