There's a real lack of Real Estate templates out there at the moment. If anyone is looking for a good gap in the market it would have to be Wordpress templates for Estate Agents. The ones that you have done look too much like standard blog themes, if you can make some that look more like actual business website templates without all the normal WP features then you could be on to a winner.

I like your real estate themes. I know many real estate agents who would like to learn more about blogging, but it gets overwhelming for them quickly. I am thinking starting a service helping real estate agents set up their blogs and I will consider using several of your themes.
