Mortgage Brokers:Everyone's Doing Loan-Mod's Nowadays!

Mortgage Brokers, I am not sure if many of us are aware of the fact that companies are taking advantage of our clients by selling them loan officer booklets, thus training and instructing them how to do their own loan-modifications. This is outrageous and dangerous to the clients themselves, and to those who the clients intend on helping! As a mortgage broker, this economic crisis has greatly affected my revenue, however, I've turned clients who were about to go into foreclosure into clients who were doing loan-modifications through a company called Option Next (optionnext.com). Option Next not only allowed me to continue to gain revenue but is has allowed my customers to do loan-modifications instead of foreclosure. Most importantly, it has stopped my clients from making the bad decision of thinking that they can do their own loan-mod from a 'handbook'. This kind of business should be left to professionals. Option Next is a group of experienced professionals who have helped me and will continue to help other mortgage brokers and clients.

Brokers are really coming up with different loan modifications; which are in favour of clients. Option Next seems to be one of the finest groups in this department.

We've been working with our clients and expanding our customer base by working with people on foreclosure prevention and loan modifications.

The thing about loan modifications is it prevents an immediate need for customers, and makes it a fulfilling option for brokers who feel partially guilty for the housing runup.
