Before you start investing in real estate, there are some few things that you should learned about first before diving in. You should really take time to educate yourself about the ins and outs of real estate.

I always said that whenever I get the money to do it, I would invest in Real estate notes. So you could buy a note for $30k and it turns into $100k or so over 30 years. This is a great tool.
