I think that wordpress is a great blogging tool for promoting your website. I especially like the open source features like widgets and we get a lot of web traffic by tagging keywords.

I emphatically agree, wordpress is an excellent blogging tool! It's themeable as well, and there's tons of themes.

I have one of our blogs on Blogspot, which has some nice features but it doesn't feel as professional as WordPress. So I keep the main company blog on WP.
Much easier than writing the code for your own blog, or having to pay someone to do it. Plus you get to use all the tools WordPress offers.

Yeah wordpress is great. I love the tagging features, themes, and widgets. I get lots of hits at I haven't submitted with technocrati yet, have had success on digg before. You can search wordpress under our company name you see to the left in my user name for this forum and find us.

Wordpress is the greatest blooging tool I have seen so far. It is good at its themes and plugins.

- its free
- flexible - you can easily customize it to fit it to your static websites
- keep on evolving and improving to stay it secure and very useful.
