Ste. Petersburg Beach
How is the Tampa market? I just a sold a waterfront home to my buddy in St. Petersburg Beach. The difference in waterfront prices from Sarasota to St. Petersburg is huge. The house my client has under contract is $1,500,000. It would be atleast $3,000,000 in Sarasota.
I don't normally work that market but it is only about a 45 minute drive for me.

tampa area is booming, i bought a house last year now i doubled the money 100% what can we say..... lots of people coming to new tampa area.. sarasota and st.pete dont have enough space everybody moves up...
