Advertising house for sale on TV doesn't seem to work around here. The only companies that do it don't have any market share so it looks like an act of desperation.

TV is a dying option for real estate
I was watching an interview the other day where a real estate firm with 6,000 agents switched all of their television budget over to internet marketing. They now spend 90% of their entire budget on the internet.
For me, I pay attention when a big dog like that pumps 90% of their marketing budget into the internet.
So, in summary: try the internet.

The net is pretty much the way to go now a days. You need to be in front of where people are looking and they are not watching tv to buy a house.
good luck
