I would go with the agent who is number one for a combo of google searches like "Tampa Condo for Sale", "Tampa Condos", and "Tampa Bay Real Estate," and related searches.
We specialize in beach property & waterfront real estate on the unique island communities of North Captiva and Useppa in southwest Florida. We also have great realtors with homes for sale in Orlando in the town of Celebration Fl near Disney.

My favs when marketing a house are:
Craigslist, Backpage, other free classifieds.
And the
Flat Fee MLS (with 3% commish to the buyers agent)
And there are some cats doing auctions as well. I dont know a lot about it personally, but I have a friend in Orlando that mentioned it.Using other people's time and other people's money is the key to unlocking an entrepreneur's dreams.
