Hi to all
Just wondering if I had several closings pending and I was to get my Real estate license canceled or voided due to me not passing the renewal exam, would I still get paid on them. I work for a home builder and my 45 hour renewal test is coming up and I'm cramming but I'm scared i may not pass it because my deadline is coming up. So if I have closings coming up this month and I usally get paid 30 days after my closings, and I happened to lose my license, would I legally still get paid
