Naw I work in Miami. Ormand beach, I think I may have driven through Ormand on my way to Daytona, actually Deltona. Am I right is that near? If so there was some huge homes on the water, kinda reminded me of Golder Beach, except Golden Beach property can avg around 8 million.

Yes, Ormond Beach is NORTH of Daytona Beach. We have HUGE house near our condos. Ron Rice (The owner/inventor of Hawaiin Tropic sun tan lotion) lives 5 minutes from here. Also, rumor has it that Dolly Parton just bought a house 3 minutes from here. We have lots of house if not all of them on the ocean are in the millions.

The condos are only 15 minutes from the DAYTONA 500 track.

Thanks for your reply, hope that we have people coming on Sunday. After all, I am giving the condo away at $299,000 which is $60K below market value... And it's funny how we can't find a buyer! Oh well!
