Condo on the ocean needs a new owner!

Can someone tell me why people are looking and not contacting us. After all this condo is listed at $60,000 BELOW MARKET VALUE!!!
So, please let me know what I should do...
You are looking right now, why are you not interested in stealing this great condo on the ocean?
I am serious, please let me know what it is that you don't like about such a great deal?
Anything we should do differently?
It's funny that we priced the condo for a fast sell because of health reasons and even at a giveaway price people are not contacting us... weird!

It's because most of us on here are either webmasters, real estate agents or mortgage brokers. A few lookers here and there...but mostly professionals.
