    Default loan question

I'm looking to buy a single family home that has a shared garage with the house next door (lot line runs down the middle of the garage). Will a bank give me a conventional home loan?

It depends how it is zoned. If the property is zoned as a zero lot line townhome or condominium then the answer is yes. If not then with the mess going on right now they probably will not.
