    Several lenders have dropped this program due to capital market situations,but i have a lending group that still will provide these types of loans.

    *This is a commercial product that can be closed in a LLC..
    *Removes liabilities from personal credit
    *Frees up purchasing power due to Fannie Mae 10 property max.
    *Can be used for commercial properties--both refi and purchase
    *Minimum credit score of 650 with rates starting at 7.25% and 80%LTV Max
    *Min Loan amount $1Million.No number of property minimums

    You must be the direct Principal Owner/Borrower,no exceptions.
